Breathwork has become super popular in the coaching space and for good reason…it’s effective.
And there’s a ton of different techniques to follow.
I’ve been doing breathwork for about 6 years and meditating for about 10 years so obviously I’m a big believer in its effects on releasing stress and helping us achieve a peak state of mind + energy.
And just through experimenting with different techniques and adjusting things here and there, I believe I have created the perfect breathwork meditation for coaches.
It’s a 20 minute exercise to release negative thoughts, feelings and energy plus helps you connect to your goals, vision and elevates your mood so you can tackle the work day.
